Cosmetics Return & Refund Policy
To ensure product safety and hygiene for all customers, the following return policy applies to all cosmetic and skincare products purchased from our store.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Opened or Used Cosmetics
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetic products that have been:

Unsealed (safety seal broken or removed)
Once the protective seal is broken, the product is considered no longer in new condition and cannot be resold, and therefore is not eligible for return.
4. Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items)
Returns or refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:

The product arrived damaged or defective (e.g., leakage, broken container)

The wrong item was shipped

The product caused a verified adverse skin reaction
For these cases, customers may be asked to provide supporting evidence, including but not limited to:

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of our store.
5. Return Authorization
Customers must contact our support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
